Pro Se Filings

Self-represented individuals (not represented by an attorney) may file electronically through File & ServeXpress in accordance with the Board Rules. Pro Se filers may also file in person at PERB headquarters through the PERB Pro Se Terminal. PERB staff are available to aid with filings.

Hearings & Mediations

Hearings and Mediations may be held in person or via video conferencing.

Board Meetings

Board meetings will continue to be held via video conferencing. The regularly scheduled Board meeting occurs on the third Thursday of the month. Information on how to access the meeting is provided on the events page of PERB’s website.
PERB staff continue to assist the public and respond to questions remotely and in person, as needed. Please do not hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions.
