As a part of the District’s response to COVID- 19, also known as the coronavirus, PERB continues to perform its functions fully remotely. Employees will telework until Monday, October 18, 2021.

The Public Employee Relations Board resolves labor-management disputes between DC government and agency employees. 

When filing a complaint with the Public Employee Relations Board, please refer to the PERB Rules in order to make sure that your filing satisfies the necessary requirements. 

The Public Employee Relations Board responds to all complaints that are filed with this office.
