In recognition of Black History Month, PERB is presenting an encore screening featuring the documentary video: “The 1968 Memphis Sanitation Strike: It’s Place in Labor History.” In addition to telling the story of the strike and the assassination of Martin Luther King, the video focuses on the importance of public sector labor relations agencies such as PERB in peacefully resolving questions of union recognition.
