It will be followed in succeeding months with in-depth classes on specific subject matters such as Duty to Bargain, Subjects of Bargaining, Duty to Supply Information, Impasse, Employee Weingarten Rights, PERB Election Procedures and Arbitration Appeals. Union and management personnel are welcome to attend these classes.”
