At the March program we asked those in attendance what they would like to have discussed in April. Several topics were suggested, most of them dealing with bargaining.
Professor Higgins and I have settled on four of the suggested topics for the April program. They are:
- Management Rights
- Implementation and Impact Bargaining
- The Duty to Supply Information
- Impasses
The April program will involve brief reviews of each of these topics, to be followed by an Open Forum during which you will be able to raise any PERB related issues. PERB staff attorneys and I will be participating in this forum.
