Details:

In recognition of Black History Month, PERB will feature the documentary video: “The 1968 Memphis Sanitation Strike: Its Place in Labor History.” This documentary debuted in Los Angeles earlier this month at the annual meeting of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. In addition to telling the story of the strike and the assassination of Martin Luther King, the video focuses on the importance of public sector labor relations agencies such as PERB in peacefully resolving questions of union recognition.

Please register by sending an email to [email protected], including your name, agency, and union affiliation (if applicable). The WebEx link will be sent following registration.
