Douglas Warshof

Chair

 

Douglas Warshof retired in 2014 from the Library of Congress (LOC), where he served as its Chief Labor Negotiator in negotiations with the union representing LOC employees in the Congressional Research Service (CRS).

Prior to his 35 years of service at CRS, Mr. Warshof served as an Assistant Chief Counsel to Board Member John A. Penello at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), where he supervised a staff of lawyers in the preparation and writing stages of their casework.  In addition, he has taught at the graduate school level, as an assistant professor of Employee Relations at the University of Maryland, University College, Graduate School of Management and Technology.

Mr. Warshof earned a B.A. degree from Boston University and J.D. from the George Washington University.
