Hearings and mediations are currently held through a video teleconferencing program. Notice of hearings or mediations are served through File & ServeXpress or through email for pro se filers. If technical assistance is required, you may contact PERB at the number below to setup a time to go over the program.
Pro Se Filings
Self-represented individuals (not represented by an attorney) may file by email at [email protected]. Contact PERB at the number below if email is not accessible. Please note that the Board accepts handwritten filings by pro se filers.
Filings
Service of initial pleadings may be completed by email. The certificate of service should indicate the email address to which the pleading was sent. Filing due dates are not affected by this notice. If a party needs an extension, please see PERB Rules.
Board Meetings
Regularly scheduled board meetings are held via teleconference. Along with the rest of the District government, our agency remains open. Staff works remotely and continues to assist the public and respond to questions. PERB’s in-person office will be closed.
