Yvonne Dixon has over 30 years of experience in labor-management relations. She has served as an attorney and worked for many years with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Her experience includes representing agency management in disputes such as grievances, arbitrations, equal employment opportunity complaints, and bargaining impasses.
During her years with the NLRB, Ms. Dixon had responsibilities including advising the General Counsel, participating in negotiations with the NLRB Union, and representing the General Counsel before the Federal Labor Relations Authority. In her position as Director of the Office of Appeals at the NLRB, Ms. Dixon managed a staff of over 20 attorneys as well as clerical assistants who handled 3,000 appeals a year. In 1999 she was awarded the Presidential Meritorious Executive Rank Award for her accomplishments.
Ms. Dixon earned a B.A. with honors from Earlham College and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
