Section 553 - Motions SECTION TITLE 553.1 Filing 553.2 Response 553.3 Rulings by Hearing Examiner 553.1 - Filing All motions shall briefly state the relief sought and shall set forth, with particularity, the grounds therefore. A motion, other than one made at a hearing, shall be filed with the Board and meet the requirements of Section 501 of these rules. 553.2 - Response Any response to a written motion shall be in writing and filed within five (5) days after service of the motion. 553.3 - Rulings by Hearing Examiner Motions made during a hearing shall be ruled on by the Hearing Examiner, except when the Hearing Examiner refers the matter to the Board. All rulings on motions shall be in writing, except that such rulings made at the hearing may be stated orally on the record.
